We have developed the following unique process to help clients create a comprehensive
business growth strategy that is driven by your values and focuses on achieving
the things that are most important to your company. The process is organized in
a way that captures the essence of ideas in a brief format that will give easy access
to the information that we’ll all need to make decisions and stay in control. The
four steps of the process are:
- Goal Alignment
We revisit matters discussed in the Discovery Process and make any necessary additions,
subtractions or revisions. Together, we will establish measurable sales and business
growth goals that are aligned with your values. The result is that you will have
total clarity about the future you envision before moving forward.
- Problem Identifier
Through our analysis, we will attempt to uncover as many of the possible obstacles
and potential land mines that might prevent us from achieving our goals, including
a list of possible solutions.
- Strategic Toolbox
We will examine a number of tools and strategies that are candidates to be a part
the growth plan. We will have a concise, consistent format to determine if each
tool should be considered further and how it might be implemented.
- The Action Organizer
Many business growth plans fail to meet expectations simply because they are, or
are not, implemented. The Action Organizer will pull together all the tools which
we’ve selected with an easy format for setting priorities, establishing deadlines
and assigning responsibilities.
