Zhipeng Lei - Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of Smeester International, Zhipeng
Lei is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our company.
Lei works closely with Smeester's clients and partners to develop strategic initiatives
that accelerate growth through the application of industry-leading best practices.
Under Lei's direction, Smeester International has focused on thought leadership
capabilities and industry-leading best practices. Smeester International has accelerated
strategic investments and acquisitions to grow our sales and marketing process enablement
capabilities. These include market analysis platforms that drive better ROI and
more predictability in sales and marketing models. Smeester International has developed
tools, processes, and practices that enable a performance-based culture, leading
the company to phenominal growth during his tenure. Lei also supports Smeester International's
expansion efforts into China.
Prior to joining Smeester International, Zhipeng Lei was heavily involved with startups
and emerging growth companies. Most recently he founded and built a successful travel
company in Los Angeles, California. He oversaw the structure as well as all of the
sales and marketing strategies of the company. His insight and expertise in business
development has elevated Smeester International's ability to drive strategy through
execution across the small and medium business segments. Lei received his undergraduate
degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington
and is continuing his business education in MBA and MS-Finance dual degree program at the
University of Denver.

Scott Smeester is responsible for Smeester International's
new business development, as well as strategic support and development of current
clients. Scott Smeester also manages Smeester International's strategic alliances
and new industry development and supports the company's expansion efforts.
Scott Smeester graduated in civil engineering from Colorado State University in
1992. Immediately following graduation, he went into sales and spent several valuable
years in outside B2B sales in the freight and distribution industry. In 1995, Scott
started a Internet application development and marketing company. He oversaw, and
was directly involved with, online sales and marketing initiatives for his firm's
clients, as well as his firm's online and offline sales and marketing initiatives.
Scott Smeester continually studies and explores B2B consultative sales strategies
and emerging Internet based technologies, and his engineering education has become
one his greatest assets for properly defining a problem and determining solutions
as well as testing mechanisms.
Scott Smeester is a founder and is on the board of directors of Talus International
(www.TalusExchange.com). Scott's role was developing new business relationships
and preliminary partnership opportunities with numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Scott donates time and expertise to Denver Active, a Denver-based foundation that
raises money for Colorado's at-risk and disadvantaged children.
